Merchandiser Specialist

About This Role

This role involves merchandising duties to ensure shelves are stocked, organized, and attractively displayed for various brands across multiple retail locations. The specialist will also handle promotional signage and reporting using a smartphone.

Responsibilities

• Locate and stock merchandise from the backroom onto the sales floor
• Keep shelves looking sharp by front-facing, organizing, and maintaining product displays
• Set up eye-catching displays and install promotional signage and marketing materials
• Reset product sections and assist with store remodels and category transitions
• Use a smartphone to report completed tasks and upload photos as required
• Represent Premium with professionalism in each assigned store and build positive relationships with retail partners

Requirements

• Smartphone with reliable data service and a functional camera
• Comfortable moving around the store, organizing products, and lifting or stocking items as needed
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and complete app-based reporting accurately
• Detail-oriented
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using mobile apps, step-by-step instructions, and reporting tools
• Dependable, self-motivated, and committed to producing accurate, efficient results
