As a Merchandiser Specialist, you will enhance the visibility of top brands in retail stores by managing product displays, stocking shelves, and installing promotional materials. This role is crucial for creating an engaging shopping experience and maintaining strong relationships with retail partners.

Responsibilities

• Locate and stock merchandise from the backroom onto the sales floor
• Front-face, organize, and maintain product displays to keep shelves looking sharp
• Set up eye-catching displays and install promotional signage and marketing materials
• Reset product sections and assist with store remodels and category transitions
• Use a smartphone to report completed tasks and upload photos as required
• Represent Premium with professionalism in each assigned store and build positive relationships with retail partners

Requirements

• Smartphone with reliable data service and functional camera
• Demonstrated consistency, reliability, and strong work ethic
• Comfortable moving around the store, organizing products, and lifting or stocking items
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and complete app-based reporting accurately
