Merchandiser Specialist

About This Role

As a Merchandising Specialist, you will enhance the shopping experience by organizing and stocking products from various brands in retail stores. This role involves setting up displays, installing promotional materials, and maintaining product presentation on shelves.

Responsibilities

• Locate and stock merchandise from the backroom onto the sales floor
• Front-face, organize, and maintain product displays
• Set up eye-catching displays and install promotional signage and marketing materials
• Reset product sections and assist with store remodels and category transitions
• Use a smartphone to report completed tasks and upload photos as required
• Represent Premium with professionalism in each assigned store and build positive relationships with retail partners

Requirements

• Smartphone with reliable data service and functional camera
• Consistency, reliability, and a strong work ethic
• Comfortable moving around the store, organizing products, and lifting or stocking items as needed
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and complete app-based reporting accurately
