Merchandiser Specialist

About This Role

As a Merchandising Specialist, you will help bring top brands to life in retail stores by stocking shelves, organizing product displays, and setting up promotional signage to create a better shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Locate and stock merchandise from the backroom onto the sales floor
• Keep shelves looking sharp by front-facing, organizing, and maintaining product displays
• Set up eye-catching displays and install promotional signage and marketing materials
• Reset product sections and assist with store remodels and category transitions
• Use your smartphone to report completed tasks and upload photos as required
• Represent Premium with professionalism in each assigned store and build positive relationships with retail partners

Requirements

• Smartphone with reliable data service and a functional camera
• Demonstrate consistency, reliability, and a strong work ethic
• Comfortable moving around the store, organizing products, and lifting or stocking items as needed
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and complete app-based reporting accurately
• Strong attention to detail
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using mobile apps, step-by-step instructions, and reporting tools
• Ability to work independently and manage own schedule
• Dependable, self-motivated, and committed to producing accurate, efficient results
• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions and complete tasks thoroughly and on time
