Member Services Representative

About This Role

Create a positive member experience by providing superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests. This role handles front desk activities, member inquiries, and contributes to club cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions
• Check members into the system
• Conduct new member sign-up
• Take prospective members on tours
• Facilitate needed updates to member’s accounts
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Elevate complex issues to Assistant Manager or Manager as needed
• Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club

Requirements

• Basic computer proficiency
• Punctuality and reliability
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to interact positively and professionally with members and co-workers
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED equivalent required
• Customer service background preferred
