About This Role

This role involves handling 50-70 inbound calls daily from members regarding their health insurance plans. The representative will address questions concerning coverage, copayments, premiums, network details, and deductibles.

Responsibilities

  • Handle 50-70 inbound calls per day from members
  • Answer questions regarding current insurance plans
  • Address inquiries about coverage, copayments, and premium billing
  • Provide information on network details, premiums, and deductibles

Requirements

  • 2+ years of healthcare customer service experience
  • 2+ years of call center experience
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ethernet internet connection and a private work area for home-based work
