This position involves serving as a Member Service Representative for a specialized financial institution, handling teller duties, administrative tasks, and addressing customer inquiries while ensuring excellent service and adherence to procedures.
Responsibilities
- Perform a wide variety of teller, administrative and clerical duties
- Address customer inquiries and concerns via phone
- Adhere to established cash handling procedures
- Provide excellent customer service
- Follow all branch procedures
- Perform general administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in cash handling and working as a Teller
- Excellent customer service skills
- Working knowledge of computer applications
- Ability to read and interpret documents
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers and employees of the organization
- Ability to deal with customers in a tactful and professional way
