Member Services Representative

About This Role

The Member Services Representative is the primary point of contact for members at Crunch Fitness, responsible for greeting guests, handling questions, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. This role involves checking in members, selling retail products, and scheduling member services.

Responsibilities

• Greet all members & guests with a smile and wish them well as they exit the club
• Check in all members and guests in accordance with company procedures
• Facilitate any messages on club software at member check-in
• Answer phones in courteous, helpful, professional manner
• Communicate special events to members and guests
• Maintain an atmosphere, which makes members feel welcome
• Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager
• Maintain professional disposition
• Sell retail products
• Schedule member services like tanning and hydro-massage
• Facilitate payment of member services in accordance with company procedures
• Know club facility, services, and schedules
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist in all projects as delegated by club management
• Follow all policies and procedures in the Team Member Handbook

Requirements

• Obtain or maintain a valid Child/Infant CPR Certification
• Experience working with children
• Certifications, as local/state laws require
• High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED)
• At least 18 years of age
• Eligible to work in the United States
