Member Services Representative

About This Role

The Member Services Representative serves as the primary point of contact for members and guests, ensuring a positive experience at the fitness facility by handling inquiries, managing check-ins, and maintaining a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet all members and guests with a smile and wish them well upon exit
• Check in all members and guests in accordance with company procedures
• Facilitate any messages on club software at member check-in
• Answer phones in a courteous, helpful, professional manner
• Communicate special events to members and guests
• Maintain an atmosphere which makes members feel welcome
• Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager
• Sell retail products
• Schedule member services like tanning and hydro-massage
• Facilitate payment of member services in accordance with company procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Eligible to work in the United States

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED)
• Experience working with children
