As a Member Services Representative at Planet Fitness, you will provide a superior level of customer service to members and guests, ensuring an exceptional "Judgement Free" experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests, assisting with check-ins, questions, and concerns
- Promote the Judgement Free Zone® by connecting with members and upholding club policies
- Resolve member concerns and escalate to the Club Manager as needed
- Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with inquiries
- Perform membership related functions including sign-ups, updates, cancellations, and transfers
- Achieve or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to club monthly and yearly goals
- Perform prospective member calls and tours, assessing membership needs
- Execute retail transactions with accuracy and drive sales goals
- Regularly clean and sanitize all exercise equipment and Recovery Zone amenities
- Ensure restrooms are clean, sanitized, stocked, and clutter-free
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Basic computer proficiency
Nice to Have
- Willingness to become CPR/AED Certified
