About This Role

This role is for a Member Service Representative in a dynamic 24/7 contact center environment, responding to inquiries and requests while providing information on various financial products and services. The representative will handle transactions and advise members on products that meet their needs.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to member inquiries and requests within a high-volume, schedule-driven contact center
  • Provide accurate information about financial products and services
  • Execute transactions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts
  • Engage with members using active listening and multiple system adaptability
  • Advise members on additional products and services that may benefit them

Requirements

  • Proficiency in customer service
  • Proficiency in data entry
  • Experience with inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment
  • Ability to comply with policy and handle high-volume calls in a structured setting

Nice to Have

  • Experience in administrative, secretarial, banking/mortgage, or high-volume retail environments
