About This Role

Support a leading healthcare system's Women's Services team as a Medical Receptionist, handling front desk and administrative responsibilities. This role involves patient registration, scheduling, insurance verification, and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced clinical environment, with potential for long-term employment.

Responsibilities

• Register patients upon arrival and verify insurance information
• Assist patients with automated/self-service registration kiosks
• Schedule patient appointments
• Provide directions and guide patients to appointment rooms
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Make follow-up phone calls and respond to patient emails
• Process insurance authorizations
• Provide general administrative support to clinic staff as needed

Requirements

• 1+ year of healthcare experience
• Customer service-oriented mindset
• Experience with patient registration
• EMR experience

Qualifications

• 1+ year of healthcare experience
