About This Role

This role involves performing initial patient intake, assisting with medical treatments and procedures, and managing office supplies to support personalized patient care within Revere Medical clinics.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial patient intake including checking vital signs, establishing reason for visit, and ensuring patient information/notes are accurate
• Work with insurance companies obtaining referrals and prior authorizations
• Assist with medical treatments and procedures as needed
• Follow up with patients on test results and post-procedure instructions
• Order and manage office/clinical supplies

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required

Nice to Have

• Certification from an accredited Medical Assistant
• Experience with EMR
