Medical Assistant

About This Role

The Medical Assistant will provide exceptional, patient-centered care and concierge-level customer service within a Health Center setting, supporting medical providers and ensuring seamless clinic operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and room patients
• Measure and record vital signs
• Maintain clean exam rooms
• Obtain blood and urine samples
• Perform other clinical duties as assigned
• Execute necessary clerical responsibilities
• Exhibit good clinical judgment within the scope of the role
• Follow all clinical and clerical protocols per company policy

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Medical Assistant certification or diploma from an accredited MA program
• Current BLS Certification
• Minimum one year of recent experience in a medical setting OR entry through an approved CareATC Internship or school-sponsored externship program
• Excellent patient care skills
• Great communication
• Strong customer service abilities
