Materials Handler

About This Role

Coordinate the incoming and outgoing movement and storage of raw materials, finished products, and parts. Ensure material availability to meet production schedules and maintain accurate inventory records for a connected, convenient, and compassionate health experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials and verify accuracy of shipments against purchase orders or delivery documentation
• Inspect materials for quality, damage, or discrepancies, reporting issues to appropriate personnel
• Store and organize materials in designated areas, ensuring accessibility and maintaining inventory accuracy
• Package materials appropriately, ensuring proper labeling, sealing, and adherence to safety guidelines
• Maintain accurate records of all materials received, stored, and distributed
• Collect requested materials from storage areas and prepare them for distribution or use
• Assist in inventory counts or audits to ensure stock accuracy and identify discrepancies or shortages
• Communicate with internal teams to coordinate material needs, delivery schedules, or related issues
• Adhere to established procedures, guidelines, and safety protocols for handling and storing materials

Requirements

• 0-2 years work experience
• High School Diploma or GED
