- Provide exceptional wellness experiences for guests
- Maintain a clean and orderly treatment room in compliance with health and safety standards
- Apply product knowledge to enhance services
Requirements
- Licensed Massage Therapist with the State of Washington (or reciprocity license)
- Proficiency in various massage techniques
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate consistent and efficient performance
- Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 6-8 hours daily)
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds comfortably and repeatedly
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with providing massage therapy
