Massage Therapist

About This Role

Provide compassionate and therapeutic massage to hospice patients, collaborating with a clinical team to offer comfort and emotional support. This part-time role allows you to make a meaningful impact by bringing dignity and peace to patients and their families.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' needs and determine appropriate massage techniques
• Deliver safe, compassionate, patient-centered hospice care
• Maintain knowledge of massage therapy laws, Medicare/Medicaid, and insurance guidelines
• Participate in quality improvement efforts
• Communicate clearly, document accurately, and reliably attend scheduled visits and meetings

Requirements

• Completion of an approved massage therapy program
• Current Illinois Massage Therapy License
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
• Compassion, professionalism, and a passion for hospice care
