Massage Therapist

About This Role

This role involves designing specific treatment plans for clients based on their individual needs, creating an excellent experience for members and guests, and helping to maintain the professionalism and cleanliness of the spa environment.

Responsibilities

• Design specific treatment plans based on client's individual needs
• Create an excellent experience for members/guests through a friendly and helpful attitude
• Generate new clientele by promoting member referrals and memberships
• Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas

Requirements

• Adhere to state licensing laws and regulations
• Maintain active liability insurance
• Able to communicate effectively with clients, spa management, and staff
• Knowledge of Swedish Massage
• Understand and believe in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork
• Able to work weekend hours

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of other various modalities (Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Pre-natal, Craniosacral, Reiki, Deep Tissue)
