This role involves leading the daily operations of a spa, focusing on team development, operational excellence, and driving both service and retail performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day spa operations
• Lead, coach, and develop estheticians, massage therapists, sales associates, and spa support staff
• Ensure high standards of professionalism, presentation, and service delivery
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and productivity metrics
• Drive retail and service revenue through strategic initiatives and team coaching
• Monitor inventory, ordering, and backbar management
• Resolve guest concerns and ensure service recovery when needed
• Maintain compliance with all health, sanitation, and licensing regulations

Requirements

• Previous spa or wellness management experience
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Proven track record in sales growth and operational performance
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
