This role is for a highly motivated and passionate Spa Sales Coach that will join a growing spa and potentially develop into management of multiple locations in the Indy market. The coach will motivate and organize a team of over 75 employees to achieve membership and sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Drive team to achieve membership and sales goals
- Create outstanding customer experience
- Oversee training of sales staff
- Conduct weekly sales staff reviews to ensure sales targets are being met
- Implement corporate sales training protocols
- Handle client and staffing concerns
- Maintain communication with staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Requirements
- 2-4 years management experience in retail/sales
- Membership sales experience
- Ability to drive team to achieve sales goals
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and goals
- Leadership skills to guide staff to operate at peak efficiency
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Customer service oriented
- Self-starter and multi-tasker
- Flexible schedule
Qualifications
- 2-4 years management experience in retail/sales
Nice to Have
- Experience with the Zenoti Point of Sale System
