Marketing Specialist

About This Role

This Marketing Specialist role is an integral member of the marketing team, interfacing with sales, other internal departments, and external agencies. The specialist will ensure successful execution of sales and marketing efforts for KPS Global, a leading provider of insulated panel systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer requests for marketing collateral, including maintaining and developing inventory of those items
• Manage the trade show calendar and activities (logistics, content, attendees) as well as customer conferences
• Own the relationship with external vendors to coordinate and manage all trade show details
• Track marketing programs such as email, social campaigns, blogs, and events in a shared resource
• Assist in monitoring social channels and requesting feedback on comments/messages
• Share the latest industry trends with the organization by reviewing trade publications and distributing them
• Interface with the sales organization and other internal departments as well as external agencies

Requirements

• Incredible attention to detail
• Hyper organized and excellent time-management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable speaking up when issues arise and sharing ideas to improve the process
• Comfortable taking directions and taking/making phone calls with vendors and sales team
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Valid work authorization to work in the country

Qualifications

• Associate degree (Bachelor's Preferred)
• Five (5) years demonstrated success of desired skills in similar roles. Experience in a B2B environment preferred.
