About This Role

Support the Marketing Manager in a newly created role, focusing on branding, communications, and marketing asset management for a privately held investment and asset management group. This role ensures marketing materials are updated, accurate, and aligned with brand standards for commercial real estate and financial services teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the Marketing Manager in branding, communications, and marketing asset management
• Collaborate with internal commercial real estate and financial services teams
• Ensure marketing decks, presentations, and client facing materials are updated, accurate, and aligned with brand standards
• Manage multiple details with precision
• Partner with internal teams to ensure materials remain accurate and current

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
• 1-2 years of marketing experience in an internal, corporate environment
• Experience supporting sales, business development, or client facing teams with presentations and marketing materials
• Strong skills in branding, marketing communications, and presentation design
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities
• Detail oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple deadlines at once
• Ability to partner with internal teams, including sales, to ensure materials remain accurate and current

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
• 1-2 years of marketing experience in an internal, corporate environment

Nice to Have
