About This Role

Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across various media channels to achieve company objectives for Thrive Health Systems, a natural health care company. This role involves understanding marketing principles, setting up cost-effective systems, and developing further in social media content creation and SEO.

Responsibilities

• Understand marketing principles to set up cost effective marketing systems
• Develop marketing strategies for television, social media, radio, print, internet search, event marketing, internal marketing, email, text, professional websites, telephone marketing, coupon media like Groupon, and referral marketing
• Oversee internet marketing, including Google, Facebook, Youtube, and TikTok PPC campaigns
• Manage internal marketing efforts
• Coordinate event-based marketing (festivals, event shows)
• Manage email and text marketing campaigns
• Generate online video content
• Develop and execute social media content creation strategies
• Optimize SEO efforts
• Optimize existing marketing campaigns for better performance
• Plan and execute national reach campaigns
• Create social media video content
• Optimize website performance
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPI) to marketing success
• Create and manage internet marketing campaigns
• Maintain and present marketing results via spreadsheets
• Utilize Google Suite for email, documents, design, and spreadsheets
• Apply design principles to create attractive offers
• Develop compelling messages and understand sales funnels

Requirements

• Understanding of KPI and metrics for marketing success
• Internet marketing skills, including campaign creation and management
• Proficiency in reporting and spreadsheeting
• Google Suite skills (email, docs, design, spreadsheets)
• Understanding of design principles for creating attractive offers
• Understanding of sales funnels, offers, and compelling message creation
