Marketing Manager

About This Role

This Marketing Manager role focuses on elevating brand presence and strengthening audience engagement within the agricultural space through strategic social media, content development, and campaign execution. The position is full-time and onsite in Fort Worth, Texas.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter) to expand brand visibility and foster community engagement
• Produce compelling, high-quality content—such as graphics, videos, posts, and articles—tailored for digital channels and audiences within the agricultural sector
• Craft polished blog posts, newsletters, press releases, and additional marketing materials that reflect the brand voice and support broader marketing objectives
• Lead the creation and rollout of integrated marketing campaigns, partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure initiatives are executed efficiently, on schedule, and within budget
• Monitor performance metrics, evaluate digital marketing results, and leverage insights to refine strategies and maximize ROI
• Work closely with internal teams, outside vendors, and key partners to support ongoing marketing initiatives and organizational goals

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on marketing experience with strong social media and digital content expertise
• Background in the agriculture industry or a related field
• Exceptional writing and editing abilities with strong attention to detail
• Proven success managing and executing marketing campaigns
• Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work onsite in Fort Worth, TX

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Agriculture, or a related discipline
• 3+ years of hands-on marketing experience
