Marketing Manager

About This Role

This Marketing Manager role focuses on developing, implementing, and monitoring effective marketing strategies to align with business goals for Seacoast Business Funding, a division of Seacoast Bank. The manager will oversee digital marketing areas including paid advertising, SEO, marketing automation, and email marketing, contributing directly to the division's long-term success.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strategic marketing plan to achieve both short and long-term goals.
• Build industry alliances and expand marketing channels.
• Build strong referral networks.
• Manage all aspects of website development including strategy, design, development, maintenance, and technical SEO.
• Manage email campaign development, coding responsive emails, and campaign scheduling.
• Develop and manage social media strategy, content, and community management.
• Produce compelling content across all marketing verticals.
• Create and optimize ad campaigns including PPC and LinkedIn using Microsoft CRM Dynamics.
• Provide quarterly reports to senior management.
• Maintain and implement automation flow to nurture leads and contacts.
• Test website and email performance across platforms and troubleshoot issues.
• Manage agency relationships and department budget.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations to support sales initiatives.

Requirements

• B2B marketing experience
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google AdWords
• Experience with CRM software, marketing automation, web tools, and digital marketing techniques
• Strong organizational, analytical, and presentation skills
• Strategic mindset, quality decision-making, and results-driven mentality
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communications skills
• 3+ years of proven SEO experience and improving organic search performance
• 3+ years’ experience in growing social engagement
• Extensive knowledge of SEO best practices, ranking factors and search engine algorithms
• Knowledge of best practices for database and email marketing (email distribution, dynamic content, testing, deliverability, CAN-SPAM laws, list segmentation, database hygiene)
• 3+ years’ experience in HTML, Content Management System

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of experience leading B2B marketing programs in a management role.
• 5 years of experience leading B2B marketing programs in a management role or Bachelor's degree.

Nice to Have

• Finance or Asset Based Lending experience
• Experience using WordPress
