Manager, Project Management (Scaled Workforce Solutions)

About This Role

Drive strategy and execute high-priority projects within Capital One, focusing on optimizing processes, tooling, and data-driven analysis to create scalable workforce solutions. This role involves building collaborative relationships with HR stakeholders and Tech leadership to evolve the workforce for emerging business needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage occupancy planning for Card Tech+, driving forward-thinking strategy for the evolving workforce across core geographies
• Oversee Card Tech+ Students and Grads (S&G) planning, including allocation, rotations, alumni experience, and internship management
• Plan and execute diverse workforce initiatives such as associate mobility events, furlough support, and specialized MVP+ tower projects
• Analyze data across multiple systems, including People Data Hub and Tableau, to identify trends and talent gaps
• Transform data into actionable insights to influence executive decision-making
• Continuously evaluate and streamline workflows to improve the integrity of workforce systems
• Identify opportunities to optimize processes and tooling to automate manual tasks

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Process Management, or Data Analysis

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
• At least 5 years of experience in Project Management, Process Management, or Data Analysis

• Masters / MBA degree
• 6+ years of people, workforce or data analytics experience
• 7+ years of Project Management experience
• PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Strong problem solving and influencing skills
• Work experience achieving results with complex projects
