About This Role

Drive innovation in Capital One's Card Acquisitions Servicing platform, leveraging technology to create real-time, intelligent customer experiences. This role involves orchestrating solutions across various platforms, modernizing financial infrastructure, and partnering with internal business units to enhance credit decisioning capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop an end-to-end understanding of Decisioning as a Service platforms and surrounding ecosystems
  • Drive the Card Acquisitions financial-core modernization, transitioning from legacy vendor to internally built core
  • Partner with internal business unit customers to understand strategic priorities and needs from Decisioning Platforms
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve acquisitions service capabilities and move to self-serve
  • Understand long term roadmaps across decisioning ecosystem for scoping and prioritization of business initiatives
  • Socialize and refine complex acquisitions initiatives by collaborating with capability product/engineering leads and architecture
  • Identify resources needed for delivery of initiatives and drive prioritization and trade-off conversations
  • Partner with Ops, Legal/Compliance, Data governance and Risk to identify control updates for well managed launch
  • Lead development and execution of end to end testing scenarios and validations for new initiatives

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
  • Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) OR a Master's Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) OR a Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
  • At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
