About This Role

Lead and manage the daily operations of multi-provider physician practices for a healthcare client, ensuring efficient, compliant, and high-quality patient services. This role involves overseeing clinic operations, staff management, budgeting, and financial performance across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations for physician practices with multiple providers, staff, and locations
• Develop and implement operational goals, policies, and procedures
• Prepare and manage clinic operating and capital budgets
• Supervise, train, evaluate, and support administrative and clinical staff
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, performance reviews, and corrective actions
• Monitor clinic financial performance, productivity, and expenditures
• Identify cost-reduction and revenue-enhancement opportunities
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, HIPAA, and internal policies
• Serve as liaison between providers, staff, leadership, and external agencies
• Coordinate practice development initiatives with regional and marketing teams
• Maintain accurate reporting for fiscal, statistical, and planning purposes
• Promote effective communication, teamwork, and a positive workplace culture
• Support quality patient care, service excellence, and patient satisfaction

Requirements

• Proven experience managing physician practices or healthcare operations
• Strong knowledge of clinic budgeting, billing, and revenue cycle processes
• Ability to lead large teams across multiple sites
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Experience handling complex customer service and operational issues
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
