Oversee and analyze financial reports, manage budgeting and forecasting processes, and provide strategic financial support to functional leaders within the Finance & Accounting organization.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation and analysis of various monthly financial reports
- Work with functional leaders in developing their annual plan, quarterly forecasts, and projections
- Routinely review and analyze financial results, communicate variances, and recommend solutions with team and functional leader
- Provide decision support through modeling and ad hoc analysis
- Lead or participate in team projects and continuous improvement opportunities and initiatives
- Support functional CFO with ad hoc projects
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Requirements
- Minimum five years of recent, progressive accounting and finance experience
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience with data retrieval and reporting systems such as Hyperion Financial Management, PeopleSoft Financials, SAP, and Business Objects HANA
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field from an accredited college or university
- Minimum five years of recent, progressive accounting and finance experience
Nice to Have
- Experience within a professional services environment
- Experience with business analytics tools (Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau)
