Manager, Business Analysis - Premium Products & Experiences

About This Role

Join the Premium Products and Experiences team to develop industry-leading products that deliver unique benefits to customers and power credit card products. This role involves applying strategic and analytical skills to major company challenges and developing strategies to impact the bottom line.

Responsibilities

• Develop business strategies to drive growth, profitability, and competitive success
• Manage and develop 1-2 analysts, coaching and mentoring them to develop and retain talent
• Develop and implement new product and pricing strategies for various lending products and lead product level modeling/analytics
• Lead direct-to-consumer marketing efforts and strategic intent for products distributed through the retail channel
• Build targeted insights to inform the design and development of new customer experiences and breakthrough technology
• Drive step-change improvements in credit performance by connecting drivers of future consumer credit trends to historical behavior
• Create risk models and test hypotheses using rigorous monitoring and analysis
• Manage and sequence delivery of business intent, build business requirements, and execute against the product strategy
• Oversee multiple projects and programs concurrently
• Work closely with colleagues across IT, Sales, Operations, Finance, and others to drive improvement in quality, volume, service, and profitability

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any quantitative field (Business, Math, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Science, Engineering)
• At least 2 years of experience in analysis
• Strategic & analytic orientation
• Strong business judgment, leadership and integrity
• Solid people leadership experience
• Strong executive communication skills
• Clear results orientation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any quantitative field (Business, Math, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Science, Engineering)
• At least 2 years of experience in analysis; 5+ years of experience in analysis preferred; 2+ years of experience in financial services preferred; 1+ year of experience in consulting preferred; 2+ years of experience in people management preferred

Nice to Have

• Master’s Degree in Business or quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Physical Sciences, Math, Statistics, Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in analysis
• 2+ years of experience in financial services
• 1+ year of experience in consulting
