Maintenance Technician

About This Role

This role involves performing preventative maintenance, assisting with inspections and pest control, and completing minor repairs for facilities and vehicles to ensure quality care for clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform Preventative Maintenance per the Preventive Maintenance Program.
• Assist with vehicle, home, or facility inspections as directed.
• Assist in pest control as required.
• Complete minor repairs such as patching holes, painting, furniture repair, doorknobs, locks, and clearing obstructions in drains and toilets.
• Repair washers, dryers, dishwashers, and small appliances.
• Replace light bulbs and cover plates.
• Assist with any vehicle repair.
• Make repairs as needed without instruction.
• Clear driveways and sidewalks of snow and use appropriate materials to safeguard against slipping on ice.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid State Driver's License

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One-year maintenance experience preferred.
