Maintenance Technician

About This Role

Effectively troubleshoot and repair production machinery, diagnose malfunctions, and perform preventive maintenance to ensure maximum machine uptime and support production activities.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair production machinery to ensure maximum machine uptime
• Diagnose machine malfunctions and operating difficulties; make repairs or adjustments as needed
• Repair machines and overhaul troublesome components
• Diagnose alarms and repair breakdowns
• Make parts or tools as required
• Perform activities related to the installation and relocation of existing machines and equipment
• Perform maintenance on the building, facilities, and grounds
• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and HVAC units
• Develop and maintain required maintenance logs and files
• Submit requests for additional parts and supplies
• Follow all clean up and housekeeping procedures; comply with all quality, safety, and sanitation regulations
