About This Role

Provide direct nursing care to patients in their homes under the supervision of Registered Nurses and in compliance with physician orders.

Responsibilities

  • Visit patients in their homes
  • Provide nursing care under direction of RNs
  • Ensure care complies with physicians' orders

Requirements

  • Valid state driver’s license
  • Automobile liability insurance
  • Dependable transportation in good working condition
  • Ability to drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions
  • Currently licensed as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the State of employment
