About This Role

Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes under the direction of Registered Nurses and in compliance with physician orders, ensuring high-quality, compassionate care.

Responsibilities

Visit patients in their homes
Provide nursing care under the direction of RNs
Comply with physicians' orders

Requirements

Valid state driver’s license
Automobile liability insurance
Dependable transportation in good working condition
Ability to drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions
Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of employment
