Low Voltage Technician

About This Role

Support construction projects in Utah by installing and troubleshooting low voltage systems, including access control, audio-visual, security cameras, and structured cabling. This role involves hands-on work and collaboration as part of a project team.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and support access control systems (PDK, Salto, Genea)
• Install, troubleshoot, and support AV systems (Crestron, Q-Sys)
• Install, troubleshoot, and support security cameras
• Install, troubleshoot, and support structured cabling (Cat5, Cat6, fiber, WAP installation)
• Perform high-quality cabling, terminations, and punchdowns
• Work effectively on construction sites with standard PPE
• Collaborate with junior technicians and project teams
• Deliver clean, timely, and professional installations

Requirements

• 4-5+ years hands-on experience with Access Control systems (PDK, Salto, Genea)
• 4-5+ years experience with AV systems (Crestron, Q-Sys)
• 4-5+ years experience with structured cabling, security cameras, and large-scale installations
• Strong understanding of low voltage standards, cabling infrastructure, and hardware setup

Qualifications
