Loan Operations Processor

About This Role

This role supports all lines of business by booking and servicing new and existing loans, ensuring a seamless customer experience with rigorous attention to detail and compliance with policies and procedures. The processor will handle consumer loans and lines of credit, performing accurate maintenance on accounts.

Responsibilities

• Set up loan and line of credit accounts on the Bank’s servicing systems for consumer loans and lines of credit
• Perform various types of maintenance on accounts accurately and within specified timelines
• Ensure compliance with policy and procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize
• Ability to work with little supervision
• Ability to maintain a positive working relationship with internal business partners and teammates
• Systematic approach to organizing work
• Impeccable customer service and customer centric focus
• Problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong keyboarding / data entry ability
• Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
• Attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 or more years' professional work experience preferred; previous loan servicing experience a plus.
