Loan Funding Associate

About This Role

This role is responsible for reviewing, booking, and funding retail and lease contracts from dealerships, ensuring accuracy and compliance. The associate will also handle incoming dealer phone calls to resolve issues and achieve seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate retail and lease documents for accuracy and compliance with policies, guidelines, and regulations
• Verify information between dealer provided details and forms
• Handle incoming dealer phone calls to resolve held offerings during peak hours
• Actively participate in coaching and development sessions to enhance individual performance
• Meet quality metrics and production goals

Requirements

• Customer support experience
• Data entry skills
• Customer service call center experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable self-starter
• Multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Ability to work in a team environment
