Responsibilities

• Litigate a wide range of matters including premises liability, product liability, construction defect, public entity and civil rights, commercial auto and trucking, and other general liability cases
• Interact effectively with clients, courts, and colleagues
• Perform strong analytical, writing, research, and communication tasks
• Work proactively, creatively, and collaboratively

Requirements

• Florida Bar membership in good standing
• Strong analytical, writing, research, and communication skills
• Ability to work proactively, creatively, and collaboratively
• Professionalism and the ability to interact effectively with clients, courts, and colleagues
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Qualifications

• Experienced litigation attorneys
