About This Role

This role involves developing and executing best-in-class lifecycle marketing campaigns for QuickBooks Intuit Business Credit Card and Capital products, utilizing customer data and marketing automation tools. The manager will drive conversion, unit growth, and revenue by engaging, retaining, and delighting small business customers throughout their lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Design, launch, and manage multiple end-to-end campaigns across email, in-product display, push, and SMS channels, maintaining optimal segmentation, frequency, cadence, sequencing, and orchestration.
  • Identify customer insights and data needed to construct, roadmap, and measure effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Own deliverables, deadlines, and measurement of campaign automations in Martech, Automation, and Project Management platforms (Eloqua, Marketo, Quickbase, In-product Campaign Manager) to drive conversion, unit growth, and revenue.
  • Deeply understand customer and behavioral data and how marketing attributes are used to best segment and target campaigns; partner with Data Scientists and operational teams to drive segmentation effectiveness.
  • Partner with the analytics organization to build and measure ongoing test plans and optimizations, including directing A/B/Split testing and identifying insights against KPIs.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional marketing teams (go-to-market managers, product marketing, marketing operations, creative, and development) to execute campaigns against the Business and Lifecycle Marketing vision.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in b2c or b2b lifecycle marketing
  • Strong data, data communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable partnering with technical teams to optimize use of data, modeling, AI and martech stack
  • Exceptional executional and project/time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and competing priorities

Qualifications

  • 8 or more years of experience in b2c or b2b lifecycle marketing

Nice to Have

  • Credit card or similar lending marketing experience
