About This Role

Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in accordance with their plan of care, focusing on health evaluation, monitoring, promotion, and service coordination within an assisted living or nursing home setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in accordance with the client's plan of care
• Conduct comprehensive health and psychosocial evaluations
• Monitor client's condition
• Promote health and coordinate prevention services
• Ensure community follows all federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to resident services and care
• Handle multiple priorities and delegate assignments

Requirements

• Two years LPN experience
• Two years’ experience in assisted living or in a nursing home
• Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing
• Ability to ensure community follows all federal, state and local laws and regulations
• Good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills
• Effective organization, time management, and written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and delegate assignments
• Dedication to seniors and their well-being
• Ability to work holidays, nights and weekends

Qualifications

• 2+ years LPN experience, with 2+ years in assisted living or a nursing home
