Licensed Practical Nurse

About This Role

Provide direct and appropriate nursing care as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) under the direction of a Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Provide appropriate nursing care, as directed by an RN
• Gather and report data
• Carry out orders
• Perform therapeutic procedures on patients in an age and population-appropriate manner

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPN)
• Current BLS certification
• Prior hospital/acute care experience

Qualifications

• Prior hospital/acute care experience required. One (1) year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience preferred but not required.

Nice to Have

• One (1) year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience
