Provide high-quality medical care to clients throughout their admission, treatment, and discharge from a nationwide drug and alcohol rehabilitation center. This role involves managing pharmacy and prescription needs, dispensing medication, and collaborating with medical and clinical teams to ensure coordinated care.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality medical care for each client throughout admission, treatment and discharge
- Coordinate all pharmacy and prescription needs, dispense medication, and keep clear med logs
- Collaborate with extended medical, clinical and UR teams to ensure total coordination of care
- Maintain meticulous medical documentation, tracking and reporting for each client
- Provide patient education in individual and group settings
Requirements
- Minimum one year diploma program post-high school
- Current LPN licensure necessary to practice in-state, or compact licensure with multistate privileges
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented, efficient worker with ability to multitask
- Compassionate, dignified character which models recovery principles
