About This Role

Join a healthcare team in Ottawa as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide patient care and maintain clinical records under the Director of Nursing's supervision. This role requires on-call rotation responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients in accordance with their care plans, coordinating with physicians, patients, family, and staff
• Communicate with patients and families regarding education and patient progress
• Review and maintain all clinical records required for patient care and progress
• Review weekly reports to monitor personal and staff compliance to all Kansas and Federal requirements including blood borne pathogens, hazardous materials, infection control, and fire safety
