This role is for an independent Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who wants to build their own schedule and gain control over their career by bidding on per diem shifts at various healthcare facilities. The LPN will assist RNs and physicians, focusing on patient comfort and recovery.
Responsibilities
- Chart and record the administration of medication and treatment
- Perform patient observation
- Execute specific procedures such as reading and recording vital signs, measuring and recording weight and height, and running diagnostic tests
- Comfort and reassure apprehensive patients
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED
- A valid LPN license in the state of Ohio
