About This Role

This role is for an independent Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who wants to build their own schedule and gain control over their career by bidding on per diem shifts at various healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities

• Chart and record the administration of medication and treatment
• Observe patients
• Perform specific procedures, such as reading and recording vital signs, measuring and recording weight and height, and running other diagnostic tests
• Comfort and reassure apprehensive patients
• Assist RNs and physicians in keeping patients comfortable and on the road to recovery

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED
• A valid LPN license in the state of Indiana
