Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

About This Role

This role allows Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to independently bid on per diem shifts at various healthcare facilities, offering flexibility and control over their work schedule and earnings. LPNs will assist RNs and physicians, focusing on patient comfort and recovery.

Responsibilities

• Chart and record the administration of medication and treatment
• Perform patient observation
• Perform specific procedures, such as reading and recording vital signs
• Measure and record patient weight and height
• Run diagnostic tests
• Comfort and reassure apprehensive patients

Requirements

• Valid LPN license in Louisiana

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED
