Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

About This Role

This role allows Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to build their own flexible schedule by bidding on per diem shifts within a vast network of healthcare facilities, providing control over work-life balance and earning potential. LPNs will assist RNs and physicians, administering medications, observing patients, and performing diagnostic procedures.

Responsibilities

• Chart and record the administration of medication and treatment
• Observe and monitor patients
• Perform specific procedures, such as reading and recording vital signs, measuring and recording weight and height, and running other diagnostic tests
• Comfort and reassure apprehensive patients

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid LPN license in the state of Ohio
