About This Role

This role is for an independent Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who wants to build their own schedule and take control of their career by bidding on per diem LPN shifts from various healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities

• Chart and record the administration of medication and treatment
• Monitor patient observation
• Perform specific procedures, such as reading and recording vital signs
• Measure and record weight and height
• Run diagnostic tests
• Comfort and reassure apprehensive patients
• Assist RNs and physicians in keeping patients comfortable and on the road to recovery

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED
• A valid LPN license in the state of Minnesota
