Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

About This Role

Join a resident-focused nursing team to deliver compassionate long-term care and short-term rehabilitation services at PineCrest Center for Rehabilitation and Healing. This role involves providing direct nursing care, managing medications, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Admit, discharge, and transfer residents
• Handle medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians
• Administer medications
• Follow infection control, emergency, and other center policies
• Collaborate with resident’s interdisciplinary team to provide optimal outcomes
• Identify and report all abnormal changes in residents’ condition to appropriate personnel
• Deliver nursing care to patients/residents requiring long-term or rehabilitative care
• Collect patient/resident data, make observations, and report pertinent information
• Implement the patient/resident plan of care and evaluate patient/resident response
• Direct and supervise care given by other nursing personnel in selected situations

Requirements

• Current LPN License
• Current CPR Certification

Qualifications

• Two years prior nursing experience preferred
