Join a resident-focused nursing team to deliver compassionate long-term care and short-term rehabilitation services at PineCrest Center for Rehabilitation and Healing. This role involves providing direct nursing care, managing medications, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Admit, discharge, and transfer residents
- Handle medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians
- Administer medications
- Follow infection control, emergency, and other center policies
- Collaborate with resident’s interdisciplinary team to provide optimal outcomes
- Identify and report all abnormal changes in residents’ condition to appropriate personnel
- Deliver nursing care to patients/residents requiring long-term or rehabilitative care
- Collect patient/resident data, make observations, and report pertinent information
- Implement the patient/resident plan of care and evaluate patient/resident response
- Direct and supervise care given by other nursing personnel in selected situations
Requirements
- Current LPN License
- Current CPR Certification
Qualifications
- Two years prior nursing experience preferred
