Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Home Health

About This Role

Assume responsibility for the comprehensive skilled nursing care of home health patients, ensuring quality and safe delivery of services that align with the Agency's philosophy and standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive skilled nursing services to patients in their homes
• Assist in the provision of home health care services reflecting Agency philosophy and standards
• Ensure quality and safe delivery of nursing care services

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Georgia Licensed Practical Nurse or Multistate Nursing License
• Driver's License
• Vehicle Insurance
• Healthcare Provider (CPR)
• BLS required within 30 days of hire
• Good organizational skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required
• One year of related experience. Requires a working knowledge of standard practices and procedures. A minimum of one (1) year experience as a LPN in an acute care setting preferred.
